Gathering your supplies:
For this particular tutorial, I suggest starting off with a slightly opaque nail polish and I am using OPI Do You Lilac It?. Also a french nail polish because it has slight pink color yet is transparent and I am using Eyeko Petite Polish. Glitter is optional (used Milani) and use a top coat. The top coat will also act as a blender - once you apply it, majority of the edges from the polish layers blend into each other.
The cool thing is you can mess up and it will still come out fine, really easy to apply - you don't have to be perfect and it still gives off a cool gradient look, also you can play around and use different colors! You can also streak the glitter or the last polish down to create a "drip" look or use Matte polish for different texture.
Hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial and found it helpful!

Here I did a look using nothing but Wet N'Wild Spoiled Brat trio shadow palette and mostly all drugstore products.
Pink - MAC Fuchsia pigment
Black - MAC Black Tied
Silver - Electra, Idol Eyes
If you don't own those colors, I suggest to pick this trio up. I experienced a bit of fall-out with the silver but none the less all the shades are well pigmented and true to color.

Hello. Hope you guys like my new layout! Things will be changed here and there so excuse any hiccups or let me know by clicking contact, thanks. And here's a quick look using Parrot - it was a lot brighter in person, don't know why my shadows look like they're creased in most of my photos. Ponders.

Around the New Year I was searching for affordable nail pens and found some on eBay. It took about 3+ weeks for the package to arrive and the brand in Enamel Art and it came with 24 different shades. It all cost around $19 including shipping. The pen is two-way, the twist off cap holds a thin brush and under the cap holds the pen. The flow from the pen is pretty decent, I was able to make designs and it dried very quickly. I'm really happy with the purchase.
I then bought Sinful Polish in White and Essie Matte About You. I think my next purchase is from Wet Paint. Ugh, I LOVE Pastels - and their concept is so cool. Expect many nail post coming from me soon.

NYC Creme Blush in Plaza Pink - I actually bought this months ago when they first came out. The shade is on the Coral side than pink. The way I apply it is rubbing the stick on the cheek and blending. The stick is not fully creamy were it takes some rubs for color to collect which is annoying because it tends to rub foundation off too in the process, not a fan of that but the color is great and does have good build-up.
NYC Individual Eyes Green - The brand seems to try to compete with WNW with their version of a palette. Their scheme is based on eye color, this one is recommended for people with green eyes. It comes with an eyeshadow primer and highlighter. The primer itself is good for base - slightly opaque, not sure about creasing. The colors blend well, I'm a fan of the brown but WNW still by far is a step up.
Wet N' Wild Mega Eyes Defining Marker in Blackest Black - This is really awesome buy, the felt doesn't bend like most liners I use and it was really hard to rub off which is awesome. The best thing is the tip doesn't fray and is still enough, I was able to draw on my hand very detailed.
